A field-oriented teaching approach

Each destination is approached in two complementary sessions :

Connaisseur Session destination basics, customer expectations, essential advice, must-haves and points to watch out for.
Specialist Session product development, differentiating itineraries, sales logic and off-the-beaten-track routes.

PRODESTI training courses are run by active tourism professionals, experts in their destination and regularly present in the field. Today, this network of trainers covers 35 destinations around the world, selected for their commercial potential and the challenges they represent for travel agencies and tour operators.

Each participant undertakes to total neutrality with regard to receptive and tour operators, to ensure that our approach is objective, educational approach. At the end of the course, participants receive a detailed, structured support, designed as a genuine operational sales tool on a daily basis.
