performances.\nEn fin de compte, les challenges de vente peuvent \u00eatre <b>un moyen efficace d'augmenter les ventes<\/b>, of <b>motiver les agents<\/b>, d'<b>am\u00e9liorer la visibilit\u00e9<\/b> des partenaires et d'<b>acqu\u00e9rir de nouveaux partenariats<\/b> avec les agences de D\u00e9finir la p\u00e9riode du challenge<\/b> pendant laquelle les agences de voyages vont participer au challenge. La <b>dur\u00e9e <\/b>du challenge peut varier en fonction des objectifs, des produits ou des partenaires.<br><br>2. <b>D\u00e9finir les canaux de ventes pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis :<\/b> Identifiez les canaux de ventes sur lesquels les agences de voyages vont vendre les produits des partenaires associ\u00e9s au challenge. Il peut s'agir de canaux en <b>ligne <\/b>ou h<b>ors ligne<\/b>, tels que les <b>r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/b>, les <b>salons <\/b>professionnels, les a<b>ppels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques<\/b>, les<b> plate-formes pro<\/b> , les ventes <b>directs <\/b>et\/ou <b>indirects <\/b>etc.<br><br>3. <b>D\u00e9finir les produits concern\u00e9s:<\/b> Le challenge peut concerner une <b>partie <\/b>de la production des partenaires ou la <b>totalit\u00e9<\/b><br><br>4. <b>D\u00e9finir le support technique: <\/b>Un support technique doit \u00eatre clairement identifi\u00e9 afin de faciliter l'ensemble des ventes<br><br>5. <b>D\u00e9finir les crit\u00e8res de comptabilisation des ventes :<\/b>  par <b>pax <\/b>(personne), par <b>dossier <\/b>ou par <b>chiffre d'affaires<\/b>, par <b>agences <\/b>ou par <b>agents<\/b>.<br><br>6. <b>D\u00e9finir les conditions minimales de r\u00e9compense<\/b> afin de rendre l'op\u00e9ration la<b> plus rentable possible<\/b>. (<b>Minimum <\/b>de <b>pax<\/b>, <b>nuits<\/b>, <b>dossiers <\/b>ou Chiffre d'affaire minimum vendus)<br><br>7. <b>Enregistrer les ventes :<\/b> Utiliser la<b> plateforme CSTPRO<\/b> ou chez le partenaire de l'op\u00e9ration si celui ci est l'unique partenaire  pour enregistrer les ventes effectu\u00e9es par les agences de voyages. Cela garantit la <b>transparence et l'exactitude des donn\u00e9es,<\/b> ainsi que la <b>s\u00e9curit\u00e9 <\/b>des informations commerciales confidentielles.<br><br>8. <b>R\u00e9compenser les meilleurs vendeurs <\/b>: \u00c0 la fin du challenge, les agents ou agences de voyages ayant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le plus de ventes peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9compens\u00e9es par un <b>cadeau<\/b>, un <b>s\u00e9jour personnel<\/b> ou une <p style=\"color:blue\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cstpro-b2b.com\/index.php\/fr\/famtrip\/\"><b><u><i>participation \u00e0 un famtrip.(voir proc\u00e9dure mise en place) <\/i><\/u><\/b><br><br><\/a><\/p>9<b>.
